Carol joined Laing O’Rourke in 2019 following a career in the Aerospace and Defence Industry; including over 20 years with Lockheed Martin. Carol has held a number of senior leadership roles including Chief Procurement Officer, Operations Director, Project Director and Commercial Director. She has been, and continues to be, an advocate for diversity and inclusion. At Laing O’Rourke Carol is focusing on organisational transformation to build a procurement organisation which is recognised as a leader in excellence and innovation through talent management, best practise, and building effective relationships within the Laing O’Rourke business and across the Construction Industry Value Network.
