Robbie is the Founder and Director of the Black Capital Group, the parent holding organisation that brings together three complementing sister companies: Procure Partnerships Framework, Compliance Chain, and Advance Social Value.

Procure Partnerships Framework supports public sector organisations to efficiently procure their contractor partners. The company pushes the boundaries of how procurement can support clients with their strategic targets, demonstrated through ongoing technical delivery support throughout a project’s lifecycle. Compliance Chain is the complete construction industry software solution for delivering successful projects.

Compliance Chain was created in collaboration with leading construction industry partners to develop a modern and user-friendly platform which combines supply chain management, financial due diligence, project reporting, and social value delivery into one cloud-based system.

Advance Social Value supports both private sector contractors, and public sector organisations to ensure they are fulfilling their mandatory requirements under the social value act, but also delivering tangible and measurable social value outcomes. Robbie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and a Constructing Excellence Committee member. He has an undergraduate degree in Aviation, a postgraduate degree in Construction Project Management, and a Master’s in Business (MBA). When not in work, he enjoys spending time with his family, and flies light aircraft as a hobby.
